Willem J. Pelgrum is senior
researcher at the faculty for Behavioral Sciences at the
University of Twente in the Netherlands. His main expertise
is in the area of international comparative educational
assessments, in particular those focussed on Information
and Communication Technologies. He was the principal investigator
of the IEA Computers in Education studies (1987-and 1993)
and the IEA Second Information Technology in Education
Study (1997-1999). |
