Enel Mägi graduated from Tartu University in 1980 (English language and literature). Worked as a chief of department in Estonian Artists´ Union (1981-1990) and as a project manager of educational (Schools with Distinction Project, Step by Step, Debate Program etc.) and medical programs in Open Estonia Foundation (1990-1997). Starting from 1997 works as the CEO of Tiger Leap Foundation.
